Marc Silvestri Joins Long Beach Comic & Horror Con
Silvestri is latest guest announced for
5th anniversary event November 23 & 24, 2013
LONG BEACH, CA (October 1, 2013) – Long Beach Comic & Horror Con welcomes artist and Top Cow founder Marc Silvestri to the 5th anniversary event.
The founder of Top Cow Comics is also one of the original founders of Image Comics. Silvestri has been in the comics industry for over 25 years and helped create such characters as Witchblade, The Darkness, and Cyberforce. He continues to work on Cyberforce for Top Cow, and has also produced television (Witchblade) and film (A-Team) projects.
“Having Marc back to the show this year is great for the fans. He is a huge draw both figuratively and literally. And Top Cow will be bringing some great books that I can’t wait to see. This will mark 5 years in a row that Top Cow is represented at this show, and we couldn’t be more proud and excited to have Marc be there to show his support!” says Phil Lawrence, Co-Founder and Sales Director of Long Beach Comic & Horror Con.
Celebrating the 5th anniversary with a weekend full of special guests and exhibitors, and engaging panels, Long Beach Comic & Horror Con will be open on Saturday, November 23 from 10:00am to 7:00pm, and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday, November 24 at the Long Beach Convention Center.
