When I first heard that Frank Cho would be the writer and artist for Savage Wolverine I will confess I was a bit concerned that instead of being a gripping Wolverine story it would be all about Shanna and cheesecake poses. (My apologies to Frank Cho for that assumption)
Instead I have been pleasantly surprised and this has now become my favorite Wolverine title currently being produced. It’s the Wolverine I love, tough but never having things go the easy way. The art is just right for the story and the story is presenting sufficient twists and unexpected events to keep me engaged and wanting more.
Thank you Cho for the fantastic story and looking forward to more issues telling the story of one of my favorite men.
